National Rifle Association -- On September 19, 2006 the National Rifle Association (NRA) announced that Rep. Kinzer received and “A” rating from the NRA as well as the group’s endorsement for the 2006 District 14 General Election. In making this endorsement Jordan Austin of the NRA praised Rep. Kinzer for his “strong and vocal support of Second amendment rights” as well as a “consistent voting record in support of these rights.”
